Booking Process

Bookings can be made by contacting Rubbish Removal Clearance through our standard communication channels. When making a booking, customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the type, quantity, and location of waste to be collected.

Quotes are provided based on the information supplied. If the actual waste differs materially from the description provided, we reserve the right to revise the quote or decline to remove additional or undisclosed waste.

A booking is confirmed once a quote has been accepted and a collection date and time agreed.

Pricing and Quotes

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Pricing is typically based on volume, load size, type of waste, access requirements, and labour involved.

Quotes are provided in good faith and are valid for a reasonable period unless stated otherwise. Prices may be adjusted if there are changes to the job specification, access conditions, or waste type.

Unless agreed in writing, prices quoted include labour, loading, transport, and standard disposal costs.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking. We accept payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer.

For domestic services, payment is typically required on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. For commercial or contract services, payment terms may be agreed in advance and invoiced accordingly.

Failure to make payment when due may result in additional charges or suspension of future services.

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing reasonable notice. Where cancellation occurs at short notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
